Tax Credit Extension Passed
Good news for all first time homebuyers and for those that have owned a home for 5 out of the last 8 years. Congress passed an extension to the $8000 tax credit good till April 30, 2010 and also current homeowners can get up to a $6500 tax credit if they purchase a home by the same date.
